- Delhi Soccer Association Announces 22-Member Squad for Santosh Trophy Final Round

New Delhi: The Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) has announced its 22-member squad to compete in the final round of the 77th Santosh Trophy For National Football Championship, scheduled to be held in Arunachal Pradesh. The Team will be led by Captain Jaideep Singh and Vice-captain Mohit Mittal, under the guidance of Head Coach Vikrant Sharma and Assistant Coach Ajay Kumar.
Head Coach Vikrant Sharma anticipates a good tournament as he said, “The expectations are high. We have a mixed squad of young and experienced players especially from CISF and Airforce, as well as there are players who’ve played in the Second Division and Third Division I-league recently. We hope to have a good stint and stay till the last day.”
Captain Jaideep Singh shared the mood inside the camp as he said, “ We’ve been preparing for almost a month now, the expectations are high and all the players have put in their 110% efforts throughout the sessions. We are hoping to secure a position in the final round and have some good matches ahead.”
