Football Delhi in its emergency executive committee meeting on 13th April decided to postpone Senior Division League scheduled for 15th April 2021 to June 2021 due to a significant spurt in COVID-19 cases in Delhi. Further, exco also decided to postpone the Annual General Body meeting of the Association scheduled for 25th April.
Before the start of the executive committee meeting Association President also held a meeting with the members of the Senior Division clubs. In the meeting, it was unanimously decided to postpone the league due to rising COVID-19 cases, and the clubs also agreed to meet on 22nd May to finalize the J schedule if pandemic situation improves in Delhi.
